My complaint:
I flew in from Lagos to Casablanca Morocco 🇲🇦 and final destination Montreal canada 🇨🇦 on getting to Canada I couldn’t find my luggage after searching for 6 hours.
Filed a complaint report and was given a 10 number claim. Till today only just 1 of my luggage have been delivered while they keep saying the other one is missing and suggested I file for a claim which I have done to their email but no response has been giving or feedback.
Suggested solution:
I want an urgent call or email to know the status of my luggage or I should be compensated for the inconvenience and frustration they put me through.
