My complaint:
On January 6, 2024 when I arrived at JFK from Casablanca, Morocco my child and I’s 6 pieces of luggage’s were not on our flight. I was promised it should be sent the next day. Now on January 10, 2024 I’m being given the run a round. Our luggages are in Casablanca. I’m not understanding why I should pay so much on a service and don’t get what I paid for? The flight was not the best and now missing/ delayed luggagea? So unfair. How can I get my luggages from CMN airport to JFK airport?
Suggested solution:
Bring us back our 6 pieces of luggage’s. Please!
