My complaint:
I have been waiting a month to get my money withdrawn from the wallet, as I was unaware they stopped using that scheme, but it was my money from a previous refund. They keep giving me the exact same answers every time I email which is “we are working hard to solve your issue we thank you for your patience” but it’s almost £50 and I’m drowning in bills so £50 goes a long way!!
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money ASAP
