My complaint:
Hello, I would like to return order item rw2108117910445406. It is not letting me select the item as it was under promotion and for some reason promotional items are not valid for a refund which I find completely unacceptable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations I am entitled to refund this product. The item is not as described, it should be noted that it is a crop top t-shirt and not just a tshirt. I would like access to be able to select this product for a full refund please. I’d gratefully appreciate your support on this matter and to avoid escalating this matter further I’d like to have a response with a positive outcome.

Offer me a full refund.
