My complaint:
i paid for standard shipping and even with a week for processing my package is a month over due. it was supposed to be a easter gift and it’s not here. i contacted UPS cause my tracking info said it had arrived at a local facility days ago. UPS said to contact romwe because they fear it might not have actually been sent out. IM MAD. totally unhappy i have tried to contact them and got no response.
Suggested solution:
Email me back. and find my package. this is ridiculous
