My complaint:
I ordered from Romwe over a month ago. Specially on April 27th. My tracking number has not updated since May 9th. That’s almost a month right there since the last update!!! The website does not let you send a complaint and only gives suggested answers like “Covid 19 may affect orders and to allow up to 2 additional weeks.” It’s been far MORE THAN TWO ADDITIONAL WEEKS. I have gotten NO EMAIL FROM THEM explaining what happened to my order. I wasted my money and am almost positive I will never receive my package! MY TRACKING NUMBER IS 74890988318548614712 and my order number is GRWMXK001000C6E PLEASE HELP!
