My complaint:
My item should have been here days ago, I understand delayed shipping but it doesn’t give me any updates besides the last update in July saying left plane. I’d like to know where my package is. Every time I try to do customer service it is no help and usps tracking does me no good either.
Suggested solution:
Find my package and tel me where it is and get it delivered or give me my full refund.
