My complaint:
I ordered from ROMWE maybe a good three to four weeks ago, filled out the payment and address stuff all of that, and like said before it’s been a few weeks and I have yet to receive my package. I’m aware that it takes time to get shipped and delivered but prior orders from ROMWE have never taken more than a few weeks, just looking to see where my paid-for package is.
Suggested solution:
Shipping delivering my package to my address asap, it's a paid-for package I would like to receive it mainly speaking that it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but it's not here let alone going to get here if even on time. Other than this inconvenience Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays.
