My complaint:
Order NO. GRWMJG00400042P was my order that was supposed to be delivered to me. I have ordered from ROMWE in the past, and my packages are always sent to my post office. I always put the same name and street address down, and I have always received my package without any problems.
My post office got my package on the 12th and returned it back to the ROMWE facility because I didn’t write down my PO Box number as the address.
This has never happened before, and this is in no way ROMWE’s fault. I was just wondering if there was a way you could send my order back to me with my PO box as the address, or provide me with a refund. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a refund or resend my order.
