My complaint:
I ordered on nov 28.
got an updated tracking
but usps never received their package.
romwe did not tell me it was delayed.
its a month later and still nothing.
Suggested solution:
they should resend package priority mail so i can have it on time. and refund me the full amount. it is not my fault.
