Hello good Evening!
My order number is GRWMAA00Q000310 I order a lot from you guy for $118 it’s a lot of packages and it says signed and delivered on the 28th of December which i was home all day I never got my package. I don’t understand why this is happening I always order from you guys and that issue never happened to the point I’m not receiving my order. I never sign and receive the package. So please resend my package for me or refund me my money because I’m not losing $118 dollar for a package I ordered a long time and never got it. I also email you guys 3 days ago but I never get an answer back please Looking forward for a response.

I need you guys to send back my package because they are Christmas gifts it’s been almost a month since I order them since December 10th just to get them on time
