My complaint:
I ordered clothes from ROMWE and it hadn’t mentioned anything about importduty when I was paying or else I would never have gotten the clothes from ROMWE. I just got it from here because I seemed to be saving, but if I have to pay duty then I really don’t end up saving at all. Whenever I’ve ordered from Shein or elsewhere I’ve never had to pay duty. If I had to pay it, that’s fine, but it should have been mentioned at the time of payment.

Is there any way to cancel the order now? I think it has already arrived in Canada. Or if I pay duty and import it now, can I then return the entire order back to you and get a refund?
