My complaint:
There has been a data breach and a hacker has got hold of my information from Romwe. I have lost 15 years worth of memories and photos. Pictures of my baby, my time travelling as they have wiped my social media and deleted it after getting the info from you. I’m devastated
Suggested solution:
Nothing will ever bring back those photos snd the memories but some compensation might make up for it as a good will gesture considering this is actually ultimately down to Romwe and not keeping my information secure
