My complaint:
my order was supposed to arrive between June 26-29 I still have not received it I thought i should wait a little while because it said there might be a delay because of the pandemic which is understandable but I got in contact with my local post office and they said a label was printed out but the item hasn’t been shipped even though the online tracker says it has been shipped I have spent quite a lot of money at romwe I just want the stuff I ordered.
Suggested solution:
either give me my money back or send the items I purchased I am not just going to let this go
