My complaint:

My package was not delivered because of “addressee unknown” but i double checked what address i put under my order and it was correct? And now my item is being returned to the sender.. I contacted my courier company already but they can’t do anything about it because the tracking number is international and they told me they are unable to track it. I’m frustrated. This is the SECOND time something like this has happened, except the first time they were able to redeliver because the tracking number was valid. Even if ROMWE refunds it, I won’t be able to get the same deal again. I waited for the items in my order to be on sale, so if I repurchased the total would be more expensive than when I ordered.

Suggested solution:

By resending my EXACT order. I don’t want a repurchase.
