My complaint:
I have a Roku TV but after 2 years, I’m now unable to stream anything from the Roku channel. I just get a black screen. Streaming from the mobile app is broke, too. Only receiving playback error messages. Customer support is nice but still can’t get the channel to work after a week. It sounds like they banned my account or blocked my IP address but I can’t image for what reason. The Roku channel is free. Just stay away from their products and services. It’s garbage.
Suggested solution:
Go out business.
