Roku complaint: Unfair charges

My complaint:

I canceled my subscription April 26, 2023 to FOX NATION, and Roku states I am still responsible for paying for an entire year for a channel I am not using. I asked for credit towards purchasing another Roku subscription but was denied.
My complaint and request for credit were denied and listed as resolved. They keep saying refund. I am not asking for a refund. Roku customer service is nonexistant. See below.

Unfortunately, the charges on this account aren’t eligible for a refund. We recommend our customers regularly review their Subscriptions and Purchase History on their Roku account to plan for any upcoming charges from a renewed subscription. We need to be informed of any unauthorized and erroneous charges within 60 calendar days of the activity so that we are able to ly investigate and prevent the activity.

Credit my account for the remainder of the subscription
