My complaint:
Roku repeats their commercials sometimes 4 times on a single break. It becomes very annoying.
When you watch a program you have to crank the volume to hear the actors talking,then when a commercial break comes on the volume automatically increases and it blast you out of the room.
Suggested solution:
Do not show same commercials more than once per break and control the volume.
