My complaint:
I just got done with my first vacation in forever and the Rhodeway Inn was the sorriest, dirtiest and the most unsafe hotel experience I have ever had. We showed up at night and had to usher the kids up into the room and straight to bed, but, as I look at the ceiling I see where what looks like blood squirted acrossed the ceiling. The next day I went into the office several times for things such as the continental breakfast, towels, and to use scissors to cut open the dog food and everytime the employee was in the bathroom, coming out fanning herself saying its soooooo hot in here. Our rooms window lock was broke and wouldn’t lock, instead of giving us a different room there solution was to give us a pipe that would still allow the window to open 10 or 12, enough that myself standing 6’1 and 230lbs could still crawl through.
Suggested solution:
I will never stay in their establishment again so a refund of our money is the only adequate resolution available.
