My complaint:
i stayed a couple nights working, not really there but to get my work done, on Monday i went down to get food, and i was tired from being up went to take the food to my room and the staff said i cant then i left my waffle and was going to take my muffin english and the workers like yelling across the room hey what room is she she was going to charge me 25 dollars for taking food to my room, so then the other worker ran out and said the signds are posted you cant eat in your room, i said why do i hae a fridge and a microwave then. i did not sign a disclaimer that i can eat in my room, nor was that mentioned, she said its the owners rules, then then i requested my money bak on the room, i wanted to leave and she called the ownermanager who happen to be yelling at her staff the whole time i was trying to book a xtra 2 nights, and she was super unprofessional talked to me like shit, she said what is the problem?
We cant eat in your room because it brings roaches, you cant read the signs there all over and point to the back where the kitchen is where i havent been till today. then i said that says nothing about food in your room except your breakdfast stuff, and it was not disclosed that i couldnt have food in my room upon getting the room. she says what you cant read it all over and again points at the back, then (shes yellling in the lobby mondyou) she said give her her money back but shes not getting it till her bags are up here, then again proceeds to tell me that i dont know how to read and these signs are all over the halls and everything. the signs are only in the free breakfast areas, i asked her again why i have a fridge and microwave if i cant eat in the room? she was like it says it everywhere, i said no it doe not it says in when u walk in that room about breakfast. the owner went off on me for 5 minutes bitching how i cant read signs that are way in the back of the kitchen where i never went
Suggested solution:
i want my money back frm my wole stay, the room is dirty, the phone does not work, the fridge stinks, the blankets are thin, the service was horrile, the managerowner is unproffessional and they are trying to charge me xtra fees.
