My complaint:
Had reservations for 4 nights. Because hurricane Ida was go to hit my home in New Orleans
When I got there I told the truth I had a cat. I was turn away with no reservations anywhere in the the town. We are a couple I our 70 we not have anyplace to go and they did not help
Suggested solution:
They did take dogs. In this emergency they should have taken us
