My complaint:

I bought RDR 2 via Steam. After one year of playing the RDR2 activation error has occurred. I have spent more than 20 hours following support advice’s from reinstalling game, launchers, turning off safety on PC (which i am not sure they should even propose), sending them different files from my PC, changing network and similar there is no solution. Steam refuse to refund the game because i evidently have more than 60 hours of playtime (which is true) and Rockstar is not willing to help. Every time i need to go through same steps with different support member and after 2 hours or so the member changes and i start from zero. This is no longer only gaming issue. This became dignity and health issue (my blood presurre tops when i think i need to contact suport again and lose 2 hours of repeting things) because Rockstar, although kind, is just trying to tire me and make me quit. This kind of humiliation is rare to meet in civilized society.

Suggested solution:

I am just trying to play game. New account and new game is least they can do (Rockstar and Steam) because i believe this is some kind of trouble between two companies and activation process on Steam - Rockstar line.
I saw many people complaining about this so its even not rare case.
