My complaint:
As I speak to them nicely, I was driving my car, and then the game give me a message that says you are permenently banned for cheating. And they don t want to understand and check my account to see that I am telling the truth
Suggested solution:
They should unban my account. Because I put a lot of cash in it. But they dont want to check my account to see what I was doing when I get banned
