My complaint:
I ordered a part from rockauto. I was told that the item would be here in two days. I called fedex, the nasty woman told me that my item was misrouted, then she told me that it was put on a truck but never left the yard. If rockauto and fedex are having issues they should both shut down their business and not put their issues on the customer, aka victim.
Suggested solution:
Full refund, never to use fedex or rockauto again!
