RockAuto.com complaint: Shipping method misrepresentation

My complaint:

Ordered two small parts (0.55 lbs) and paid $7.99 for their ‘by mail’ shipping method. (Note: ‘Mail’, to me and most folks, means via USPS) Now, 6 days later, and still no parts in my mail box, I discover that the items were sent via DHL and will not arrive until 9 days after being shipped.
They apparently call this shipping method ‘Smart Mail’, which I deem misleading, inappropriate, and presently very inconvenient.

Suggested solution:

CLEARLY state the intended shipping method. If being sent by delivery van, eg: DHL, UPS, FEDEX, please say so. And, if by 'mail', use the USPS and give cost options for first class, third class, or other.
