My complaint:
ordered a part on oct 15 and it has never arrived and there is no way to reach them except this. I am done trying to get the po to try to find it and the dhl sends you back to rockauto who cleverly doesn’t have a phone number. I just want a credit for the amount put back on my credit card.I have already shared my experience with other people that i have referred! dont want a purchase credit i am done using rock auto.By the way, this is the second filing of this claim.
Suggested solution:
put the charges back on my credit card.
