My complaint:
I made a complaint to Roblox on 4 May as below:
– We did not receive The items we bought. We spent a purchase of £90 as a premium customer and got 10,000 Roblox. However there was a system problem on Roblox so we do NOT receive anything from the Eggs. Hence I would like a refund of my 10,000 Roblox. A Roblox message appeared stating many customers are unable to access Roblox and the problem was being looked at.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my account ‘Demirkaan2905’ with 10,000 Roblox. They say they are aware of the
issue and currently working to ensure it's resolve However I have still not received a refund
