My complaint:
About 2 years ago, consultant by the name, Milan. There where a contract I initially signed in 2021. On many occasions I requested a copy, as most customers. On many attempts I haven’t today received the binding contract was written on that date. A year later I received Loan Agreement which the amount was 2 time more. I do not agree with the Loan Agreement. Now payments are due today. I feel because I’m black, and senior lady. I was undermined and thought of being ignored or stupid. Even before the installation I was done I was ,given a difficult time and a run around.
Suggested solution:
By providing me the original contract with the appropriate amount we agreed to.
