My complaint:
I am an older woman who mistakenly purchased 4 double hung windows. Three windows sized 23 x 58 and a window 35 x 59. The price of the 4 windows is $16,786.44. After paying deposit of $500.00 the total is now $15,543.00. I asked the salesperson if the windows would look like all my other windows which are all single hung and he assured me they would match. The windows do not match the other windows at all, the style and color does not match. I may even have to replace the double hung windows with single hung. I would like something done about the very high price of the windows and would like to know why the salesperson would sell me double hung windows when all my other windows are single hung.
Suggested solution:
I would like a price refund as I may have to replace the double hung windows with single hung windows.
