Regus complaint: Retainer

My complaint:

I was supposed to receive my retainer after 30 days of requesting it. I requested the retainer on 30 August 2023 and never received it. I reached out on 05 October and was told this has become a common occurrence and I should receive it by 11 October. Again, I did not receive it. I reached out again to the west Hartford staff and I was told an escalation will be sent up. Today is 16 October. Still no retainer. So, I reached out again, and again I was told that this is an ongoing issue and that notes would be added to my escalation. An escalation is not fixing the issue. Notes are not fixing the issue. I have tried to call Regus and nobody can seem to find the right person to talk to. I have called the billing department multiple times and apparently they are always closed. I’m getting pushed from one person to the next and nobody has an answer.

Suggested solution:

My retainer should be deposited into my account ASAP.
