My complaint:
Regions bank has received my check and will not release funds. They are now covering fees to keep my account op. They have placed a hold on my account so I can’t acces it.
Suggested solution:
Release funds back to State Farm or me. State Farm is wanting to properly reissue the check. Regions has Illegally cashed the check and are refusing to release the funds. They should issue a cashiers check to State Farm on behalf of me.
