My complaint:

I am an international PHD student (from Bulgaria) on full scholarship at the University of Alabama. I receive a monthly stipend (paid twice in the month) from the University. On 10282022 I tried using my debit card for this account to buy coffee. I was told it was denied and the account was frozen. I went to the bank the same day and was told the account is frozen and it would take 30 days for review with no additional information given. I have only that income to pay rent and buy food. This is a complete hardship on me as I have no money to support myself. My name is Ivan R Ivanov.

Suggested solution:

Unfreeze this account so I can pay my rent on November 1st and buy food for myself.
