My complaint:

On 11272022 A drop was made per my assistant between 6:40 or so that night and on Monday when I went to the bank to make a deposit I asked for our weekend deposit slips and was told that a deposit that was dropped in the night box got stuck and that they never received my deposit. I told the teller I would call my assistant and make sure it was dropped at that location. When I call my assistant she assured me it was. I call the bank back and spoke to a man about he told me Yes a deposit got stuck matter of fact it’s yours. That I could come pick it up on Tuesday when I make my deposit. When my assistant got there to get it she was told we never dropped our Sunday drop. That means our entire drop is gone. We asked for the Corporate phone number and they told us that they could not give us that and that we also could not go with the police to review cameras. This is a very serious matter and I feel like cameras should have been viewed as soon as we were told there was a drop missing. I just need to know that my corporates money was not stolen.

Suggested solution:

Moving forward please make reviewing cameras is done first thing!
