Regions Bank complaint: froze my account without reason and indefinite hold

My complaint:

Without warning, a freeze (branch level hold) was placed on my account. I call Regions and was instructed to go inside a branch where they can fix the issue for me. I then proceeded to the Rockwall Branch and the branch manager, Angie told me she would be in touch in a few days. after a week, i call to follow up and she tells me that the back office is investigating and not sure how long the freeze would last. I tried asking her what instigated the freeze and she would not or STILL has not told me or gave me any kind of instructions on what I could do to fix the issue. All she told me was that the hold is indefinite I finally got through to a phone representative that told me it was due to fraud? Im not sure what the additional details are to that but I’ve done everything Regions bank has told me to do only to have several weeks pass by now and account is still froze, branch manager is not telling me anything and I have not received ANY notice to what is going on?

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP with unfreezing my account? Its the holidays and I’ve got several bills that need to be paid. Im about to lose my place, car and utilities will shut off soon if I dont get this resolved quickly. Please please help!
