My complaint:

The atm’s at this clinton, ms location are almost always down for service or limited on the services provided. Also the location has very slow staff, as evidence of the long lines inside the location. Also the atm’s new format seems to be geared towards foreign language(spanish), rather than english, because thst is the first and most prominent displayed on the screens. I think this is ridiculous that i have to wait for english to pop up on the screen to be able to start using the screen. Someone needs to get the atm’s running more efficiently and reprogram them so that they are primarily geared towards english…because this is America!!!!

Suggested solution:

The management should tend to the atm issues immediately or a change in management should occur.
