My complaint:
I have been waiting with regions for an employee to help me since 9:30 it’s now 10:13am and I have not received help. They have been taken customers before without even asking if I have an appointment. Just basically ignoring me. I have been a member of this bank for a long time and have never received such disrespectful treatment.
Suggested solution:
I would like a call from the employee or the bank with some type of accountability on the employee side because she didn’t ask if I had an appointment she just took someone else.
