My complaint:
I was victim of fraud on Nov 27th 2021 where i called a number to reach out Amazon customer service but i called a fraudsters call center. The number i called was 850 726 8116. The fraudsters presented themselves as Amazon and they induced me to send a Zelle payment to them to process a refund. The email they gave me for their Zelle account is eb002411@gmail.com and sent amount: $1399.98. The recipient bank is Regions bank.
I have police investigating this issue and we are requesting to have the name of the account owner at Regions bank to return the money back to me.
Suggested solution:
Regions bank should give the police the details of the account owner that received the money via Zelle with email eb002411@gmail.com or kyrasmith326@yahoo.com because they are fraudsters and they need to be stopped. I want to have the $1399.98 returned to me because i was victim of fraud.
