My complaint:
Brittany M. keeps telling me that I can’t get my refund for the overdraft fee y’all had charged me. My account was positive Monday, I had 50$ coming, and Tuesday I get a over draft fee of 72$ that made my account -71$. She said wait till 6. A.M for all the processes to be completed. Then she tells me multiple times that I have no chance on getting my money back.
