My complaint:
I went to the bank to close my mothers accounts it was only $63.00 after they just took $11.00 from her checking I was told I would have to go to probate court over $63.00 the accounts are locked but they take money out but not me so they are keepin open until they get the rest I took my money out of my account which was $6000.00 and I have run almost $5000.00 a month through the bank and they charged me $25.00 to take it out after they took $27.00 last month for excessive withdrawals so I showed them what a excessive withdrawal really looks like all over $63.00
