Regions Bank complaint: closed my bank account when I asked for more bank statements

My complaint:

when I called and asked for bank statements they said they would send them to me but yet I still haven’t received him it’s been a month I received another check card instead and never even told them to mail me a check card all I wanted was bank statement and next thing you know what I get in the mail is the wrong thing and then come to find out my bank account was closed.

Suggested solution:

I should have been verified that my account was going to be closed they should have told me on the phone that they're going to close my bank account instead of sending me another check card as if I ordered it and then close my bank account because they did not want to send me my bank statements I want my bank statements for the last year from right now today I will pay for a whole year worth because that's what they owe me.
