My complaint:
I deposited 600.00 dollars cash on 05062022 at 6:40 am. and the the ATM machine malfunctioned and returned 20.00 dollars and did not credit my checking account 580.00 dollars.
Suggested solution:
I filed a complaint on on 05062022 at 9:00 am. and was told that it could not be resolved until 05122022.
