My complaint:
I tried for an hour trying to order using the Red Lobster app yesterday.
Tonight I used the Red Lobster website, called my local RL for help several times, then my order seemed complete and accepted.
I wanted to take advantage of the free delivery offer because I am handicapped and don’t want to drive after dark.
Two hours later no delivery; I called the Amarillo Red Lobster only to be told there was no record of my order.
Red Lobster seems not to care enough about their customers to make their online order system clear and informative.
I am mad, frustrated and disappointed. As well as a former customer.
Suggested solution:
Make their online ordering system clear and easy or not to promise things not available.
