My complaint:

My husband and I drove an hour to eat at red lobster for the Monday special ultimate endless shrimp. After we were seated we asked and the waitress informed us they quit the Monday special last week. VERY Disappointed!!! Such a long drive sand had our hearts set on the endless shrimp.

Suggested solution:

We should be compensated for the disappointment and long drive. Has we known we wouldn't have made the drive.
