Red Lion Hotels complaint: URGENT!

My complaint:

My debit card was saved without my authorization and ran on a day I didn’t even stay at the hotel. Staff is beyond rude and unprofessional! Laughed in my face and deny the whole thing!

Suggested solution:

Refund me and compensate
