My complaint:

I made the above reservation at Red Lion SeaTac Airport for a package deal of one night stay February 22, 2022 with transportation to SeaTac airport and the return to the hotel on March 2, 2022 and locked and secure parking for my vehicle until I returned for the price of $255.35.

When I arrived to check in, my vehicle was denied the parking in the lock and secured area because they didn’t have room for my truck. I was advised that I could park in the Hotel area parking lot at my own risk. I paid the a total of $255.35.

In retrospect my understanding is that $255.35 was the cost of my package deal for 1 night, transportation to and from the airport and a secured parking for my vehicle until I returned Mar 2, 2022. My complaint is that I did not get the use of secured parking for my vehicle, which caused stress and worry that my vehicle would be safe while I was gone, I am requesting a refund for the fees that I did not use for a secure parking area as noted in the reservation.

Suggested solution:

A refund for the secured parking I didn’t get.
