My complaint:

I checked in and I was never told the house keeping was every 3rd day , when I called and asked why my room was not cleaned they apologize for forgetting to notify my on check in and I was told my room would be cleaned on 3rd day . Today I came back from a day at Disney tired , needing a shower but I cam to uncleaned room , no clean towels , no shampoo and soap . When I called front desk I was told they were sorry but housekeeping missed our room and they were gone for today but they could give me sheets and I could change my bed .
Yes that is what I was exactly were told by Yynitha at front desk . Why do I pay you such room rate when your hotel is so awful?
I promise that I will bombard this about your hotel all over social media and on all travel site that no one else has to go through what I did . So disappointed.

Suggested solution:

I am sure you all have some ways to solve the problem and please do not give me the excuse of Covid . All life’s are back to normal except the travel industry that is getting worse by the minute and us as consumers left with no options . Frustrating
