My complaint:
I reserved a room on 05 -12-2022. I payed $98 dollars and then she wanted a three hundred dollar deposit so I give that to her she give the key to room went inside and it was so dirty the sheet was dirty no dresser door no phone to call her the towel had black spot on them I wanted to leave I went down stairs to get her no answer so I rang the bell no one answer so I waited about twenty minutes so I left the room that room scared me couldn’t stay in it I would like a refund please

I think they need to get a refund or credits me on another room I’m a housekeeper and a nurse I reserved rooms I always wanted to stay at the Red Lion but I didn’t know it was so dirty and loud I’m sorry I never complain about anything but I had to never had a room that bad
