My complaint:
Very dissatisfied with the room condition as we have stayed at this location before and made it our destination for a vacation getaway.. the room was very run down and dirty as was the pool.
( see staged pictures) pool was dirty with black substance on the walls and floor, a cigarette/joint in the patio area, unidentifiable stains on the chair, mold in the shower. Extremely disappointing
Suggested solution:
Possibly another stay at another location
