Red Lion Hotels complaint: Power cut to room..no one at front desk at checkout

My complaint:

Woke up this morning to no power, also had hand written note slipped under door to come to front desk. We got ready for the day, took our items to car and stopped at front desk to check out. NO ONE there. Called front desk number that was on a card on desk… “…voice mail box is full”. Walked around the area. No one in employee worker area, of which door was open. No one answered knock on door to front desk……. Waited 15 minutes….and finally decided to leave……so we want to know….what was note about, and WHY no one was around to help us….much less all the other quests that were leaving. We would like a response !
