My complaint:
The front desk clerk lied and said I had damaged my room and called the police on me I was supposed to check out at 11am today and returned the key to the front desk at 10:38am I had alot in my room so I had to get a U-Haul van to get my stuff out it took me a while to get my things down stairs since my room was on the second floor so it took a while but I’m complaining of the lie she told and her rude voicemail she left on my phone she’s a menace to society and should not be working as a front desk clerk she’s not suitable for the job😡😡😡😡

Fire these liars her and and another woman named Jacqueline works there at America's Best Value Inn at 4431 West New Haven Ave Melbourne Florida 32904. They should be banned from working in a hospitality setting they are liars and are a threat to innocent working class people who are having a hard time. Like my friend said she wanted to use her power for no good reason the room was fine and she didn't have a reason to call the police on me. She's a disgrace to the hotel establishment she needs to be written up and fired for her fowl behavior.
